Hi I’m soooo scared

I’m 18 weeks and 3 days..

My due date is July 25 2021

I am a mother of 2 and this will be my 3rd pregnancy.

I was told after I took the first trimester test that if I didn’t hear anything back that everything was fine. And if I did get a car back then everything was not OK and further testing will have to be done. Soooo I called my doctor just to make sure everything was fine because my last baby was 10 years ago, and they told me they haven’t got the results back yet that they will call and find the results. Then I got a call back immediately saying that I need to get the father tested because I have a muscular disease trait in my blood 🩸..

and that if the father got tested and had in his blood as well, then my baby will have it. And the baby probably won’t live after longer than six months. What it is is a muscular disease I believe they called it SRA... but omgggg was that not serious enough to not get a call please tell me if anyone has ever heard of this before. Again my other two babies are healthy, his other baby is healthy, and our families is pretty healthy. Now I’m scared shitless and I just need comfort from other mommies. Please let me know if you’ve ever heard of this or if you’ve been told this. Thank you so much for taking time 😘
