I would still go and get a check up but thats just me because i panic at everything. altough everyone says its okay if its not bright red blood.

Brown blood usually indicates as normal spotting and nothing to be worried about, looks like what bleed is healing etc since its old blood. Ive been to the ER their main concern is if we experience cramping while bleeding or any clots etc. But if your worried you can call in and get advise/checked, keep monitoring it.
