How long before getting pregnant ?

It’s been more than 6 months me and my parter we trying hard to have our first baby
Still nothing and I am getting very sad 
What I am missing out?
Any chances that we I’ll finally get our lovely baby?

It can take a normal, healthy couple with no fertility issues 1-2 years to conceive naturally. Sometimes it just takes time. After you hit the 1 year mark you can see doctor and get basic testing done on both you and partner. Are you tracking ovulation with opks and temp and timing sex accordingly?

It can take on average up to a year for a healthy couple to conceive even with perfectly timed intercourse. You only have a 30ish% chance each cycle. That’s not very high! 
Don’t get discouraged yet. At the one year mark you can both get some basic tests done.

Don’t rely on Glow—it’s not very accurate. Try a better app. I like Fertility Friend, Kindara is highly rated, FEMM is good if you want to track CM but aren’t up for more than that.

Not conceiving within the first 6 months doesn't mean you never will. The year mark is generally when the success rates start to drop dramatically. You may be making mistakes that limit your chances, but it could also just be luck and need time. You shouldn't count yourself out, yet. If you get to the year mark, consider seeing a doctor for testing if you can.
