So confused 😭

I took a test at 15DPO and got a BFN.... now I kept feeling a lot of symptoms especially this week I’ve even thrown up a few times and only spotted for a few days around 18dpo when my period is way longer and heavier than that.. anyways now a month later I tested

and got a line

“We haven’t done the BD since last month on my ovulation day.. “
