Mother won’t leave my weight alone

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently I was 162.5 and now I’m down to 152. I went from eating family size macaroni tubs to eating normal portions. I’ve added more healthier options and my mother sees me as starving myself? She says I look like I’ve lost too much weight (I wear baggy clothes 24/7) I don’t look different at all from before. I’m overweight for my age and height.

I try to keep the bad foods out of my reach because I don’t have that 100% self control yet. I was going to make a low calorie pizza for lunch myself. But my mom doesn’t want me to have that, she than proceeded to order pizza. She likes to pry into what I’m eating but she doesn’t make anything, we always have to order out junk even though she says we gotta change.

My mother doesn’t even take care of herself she’s 240lbs and the doctor has told her you’ll get diabetes any day now if you don’t change. But she continues to give me diet advice and tell me what to do.
