I need ideas! I'm going back to work in 3 weeks and I'm the only one that can get my 10 month old to sleep for a nap or for the night. My husband used to be able to but not for months now!

I used to feed to sleep. But I've broken that habit. She'll now happily just lie on me or next to me with some lullabys playing and she drifts off. Then I can move her to her cot.

For everyone else she kicks and screams and fights it!

What do I do?

(I'm not into sleep training in terms of cry it out etc)
