How do dress a 3 month old for bed?

My babe is almost three months. He’s not rolling over yet but I have a feeling he doesn’t like his swaddles...arms up or down..:and grunts a lot before he falls asleep.::takes me a while to get him there...then he wakes up for a feed and grunts because his arms are stuck ☹️
How do you put your to bed?? I’m looking for other options until I find what works best for him . Btw, he looooooves eating his hands right now

We started doing pjs and a sleep sack around then. I adjust what her layers are based on temp of the house

My babe hated being swaddled too, try a weighted sleep sack - they allow for their arms to be free while giving a bit of “security” from the weight. You can also just do straight up fleece footie pajamas if it’s warmth you’re worried about.

My 3 month old has always hated being swaddled. We’ve had him in a sleep sack (the weighted sleep sack) since he was born. He also loves to chew on his hands but goes to sleep with a pacifier. If it falls out and he wakes up in the middle of the night, he will suck on his fingers/hands.
