Is tracking CM daily enough to determine ovulation?
My periods are irregular. I just got off the bc patch which I was on for about 3 months. Before that I was on the pill for a month and before that the shot (only got 2 shots). I started taking folic acid, other than that nothing else. I'd rather not take opks all of the time. Is tracking cm enough?
