Cramps are so bad?

So my cramps are so intense I just want to lay In bed during and before my period even. I tried bringing it up to my OB and she said that she didn’t see anything abnormal. I start getting cramps 2 weeks before my period even starts. I’m currently on the mini pill. Help?
