I’ve noticed my urethral opening now appears stretched or open , I looked and it looks bigger & it burns sometimes with lube or washing in the shower, sex is uncomfortable. I don't have any other issues with my bladder or anything. Anyone else? Does anyone know what it could be ?

Could be the start of a prolapse fr. Do your keypad, they worked for me.

Mine tooooo. My urine stream is much louder as well. But I also have a pretty severe bladder prolapse, so my urethra is so far down that you can see it at the opening of my vagina. You haven't had any leaking or anything? Even a change in your stream of urine can constitute a bladder prolapse/pelvic floor problem. It's not always leaking or incontinence.
