Breast fed babies can go a week + without pooping

I think if he poops at least once a day he is fine. Breast milk doesn’t have hardly any thing in it that’s toxic or excess. Formula fed babies tend to poop a lot more and have lots of smelly diaper and you’ll notice as he grows that his poop will hardly smell! Especially if you’re eating pretty healthy then he will hardly have any bad things to excrete. Never feel ashamed or embarrassed to call the pediatrician and ask!
