?? Late Ovulation

Last period was Jan 26th, my cycle is usually regular between 25-29 day cycle. Did the baby dance on Feb 16th - ovulation was supposed to be Feb 9th but also didn’t track, still no AF, negative preg test. Did I ovulate late, and possibly pregnant?
