Everyday meal idea for a constipated baby???

Help , she’s 12 months. I need breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas that won’t make her constipated. I just found out I can’t be giving her bananas , lots of bread, pasta and rice and that’s a lot of what she was eating. She doesn’t really like eggs anytime I’ve made her scrambled eggs she’s not into them. She loves pancakes but again that’s probably not going to help her constipation .

My pediatrician told me to give more fruits that start with “p” like pears, prunes, and peaches. They have helped my baby a lot. Also blueberries for some reason make her go like no tomorrow.

Make sure you have full fat foods, watery fruits and veggies. Make sure kiddo is well hydrated too. High fiber foods are needed too like beans, legumes, whole wheat, etc. but you have to make sure you have a good balance with water so that the fiber and water help form a good stool.

Lunch meat, hot dogs(cut into small pieces), chicken nuggets, fish sticks, veggies, avocado, chickpea pasta
Just avoid cheeses and a lot of breads
