The "tent cities" that are seen in areas like Skid Row and city parks are obviously a huge source of problems for many reasons. They are a breeding ground for crime, disease, unemployment, etc. But where else can these people go? And do some of them even want help? Can anything be done to stop this? How could this problem be eliminated without displacing these people and leaving them with no where to go? Do you think this issue will ever be eliminated or do you think the problem will increase in coming years? And should the government even bother trying to fix the issue? If they did attempt to fix the issue, would it just reoccur somewhere else?
