Came off the pill in October been pretty regular first 2 cycles 25 days then next 2 23 days

LH surge this month was 11 feb .....ovulation possible happed 12th or 13th

Was having really bad cramps on the 23rd and 24th and thought here come my period but nothing did a pregnancy test on the 24th which was negative

...... do I repeat the test in a few more days has this happen to anyone else ?
