I have no clue how this works and forgot to ask my RE. 🤦🏻‍♀️ is it from last period or transfer day?

Transfer day. There's an app called Ferring IVF Wheel you can use. On transfer day you're 2 weeks and 5 days pregnant if it was a 5 day blast, and 2 weeks 2 days pregnant if it was a day 3 embryo.
