Cramps/belly tightness
So im 39 weeks and 3 days and all this morning i been having cramps and belly tightness, i havent timed the cramps because i just feel they never go away really, is this a sign of labor?? I have an appt today so im wondering if i should have my doctor check me for dilation? Or not?
