Primer for dry skin
What's your favorite drugstore brand primer for dry skin? My skin is dry and I use Cetaphil moisturizer twice a day but it's still dry and a little flaky in some spots. My baby shower is this weekend and of course my chin decided to break out this week and I'd really like to be able to hide the pimples as much as possible but first I need a good primer so that my foundation and concealer can go on smoothly
