Rainbow Light?

I bought a prenatal pack of Rainbow Light prenatal. One is a multivitamin prenatal & the other is DHA. Any good things about it? Didn’t have much reviews online but I liked the two pack. Thanks!

They have folic acid instead of folate, which isn't used as easily by the body and some people have a gene mutation that mwans they don't convert it hardly at all I think a few other sources are similar, like the vitamin A. I looked at this one but ultimately went with one with methylfolate and retinol
