Hot flashes before period?

Does anyone else get hot flashes a day or so before period starts?? 
Ive only just started  getting this the last couple  cycles.. im 28 yrs old TTC #2 and Google tells me this is early  menopause!? Please help and tell me  this is a normal pms symptom lol?!

I just started getting these hot flash symptoms and I’m 36 so I freaked out too! My gyno said a drop in estrogen during my period can cause a little hypothyroidism which could cause the body to not know how to regulate temperature. I’m keeping an eye on it if it gets worse. Hope this helps!

It’s a normal PMS symptom. It’s at least 40 degrees where I live and I’ve had to step outside in a tank top a few times 🥵

I get this and sweat so much more than normal on my period 😂 
I’m 24 and no kids yet!
