Prodromal labor!!! Anyone!?!

Question

So I went in because pain was bad. But I’m having prodromal labor. I went home and decided to have sex 3 times lol. Now only one side hurts lol. And of course sore but other then that I’m okay. 🥺🥺🥺
I’m hoping it starts up the active labor tonight I’m even going to sweep and mop my house again! 
Has this worked for anyone!! 
I’m now 2 cm and 90%effaced (I know this can last days).

I had it for 2 weeks with my first and 2 days with my second. Honestly, I wouldn’t try to exhausted myself if I was you. It will happen when it happens and being achy and exhausted that late in pregnancy is not fun + you want to go into labor with good energy.
With my first, I tried all sorts of things and all I got was the stress and the body aches 🙄.
With my second, I just relaxed, had warm baths, got my nails done, binged on tv shows while rocking on my labor ball...etc.

I had it for almost 4 weeks with my first and nothing helped. I hope it goes better for you!
