Name ideas that work in Spanish and English?

Help. It’s so hard. Husband’s family speaks Spanish and lives in Chile and we want a name that works in both languages without sounding either waayy too English/Spanish. More neutral but works in both

There are a lot of "common" spanish names. That any American pronounce. Like Juan, Pablo, Diego, Miguel, Pedro, Isabella, Camilla. Spanish family members may just pronounce it a little different. 
My BIL is hispanic. Their parents are Maribel and Hector. Kids are Kimberly, Ezequiel, Morellia, Ernesto and Caesar. None of them have too many issues with pronunciation. I just know Caesar is "Ses-Ar" not "Cee-Zer". His name is mispronounced by Americans who think of Julius Caesar.
