I'm takeing my son to the doctor tomorrow but for tonight I'm not sure what I can do... he had some crusty stuff on his eye lashes a few weeks ago I asked his doctor she looked at it and said it looked like it could be an infection but that it wasn't red and his eye looked fine so she didnt want to put him on medication yet but if it didnt go away or if it got worse to bring him back well tonight out of no where his eye lid is getting red and swollen a little I'm keeping an eye on him and will take him to the doctor first thing in the morning bit should I give him ibuprofen or leave it
