Facial muscles tightness

Hello.I know this is not the place but i just need to ask.So 3 days ago i was not dressed appropriate for the weather and i was feeling so cold.The same day,just a couple hours later and felt the left side of my face(especially around my jaw) very tight and also i felt my neck very sore.Is it possible this facial tightness to be because of my neck?There is no pain in my face just very tight especially when i smile.
