In physical pain I need advice please not TTC related

I have a really bad tooth ache and it’s radiating to my neck.. is that normal? I see my dentist March 3rd but I’m afraid even that isn’t soon enough. If I can go tomorrow I will but I’m just in a lot of discomfort. Crying. Can’t sleep.. need my 4th root canal 😫
