Nightmares every night
For the last month or so I’ve been having nightmares literally every night. I used to sleep through the night but now I wake up around 3am terrified, fall back asleep, and have another one. This happened a few years ago when I was in college, and it lasted over a year. I don’t know what ended it that time. I’m so exhausted during the day because I’m not sleeping well 😫 Does anyone experience this too? Any tips on stopping it?
