How does one cope?

I just had my 4th miscarriage yesterday. I thought this one was going to stick. I'm so heart broken 💔.  I honestly don't know how to tell my husband I don't want to try again. Idk if I can go through another miscarriage 😭

I hear you honey. I’m on my 5th mc too. Just take some time to grieve. And you’ll move forward when your ready. Your happily ever after will happen eventually xxxx you will be ok

Talk to him about when you're  ready. It definitely effect us women differently than men. He will understand and if not you have to think about your mental over what he understands anyways. Im so sorry for your losses.
