Stretch and sweep,
So im booked in tomorrow for a sweep at 39+1
2nd baby..
Did it work for you??
How long after was it did you go into labour ?
Did you need more than 1 ?
What helped speed things up im in agony with spd and cant walk physically so just need baby out so my hips can repair themselves 🤣😭🤦♀️
Before anyone suggests caster oil its a no from me.. only suggest things thats are 100% safe
So was 2cm before the sweep and loosing my plug 🤞🤞🤞
