9 weeks, started bleeding,

I am 9 weeks pregnant, had a ultrasound yesterday heart beat was at 174, later that night I started bleeding ... then it turned to brown spotting. Went to the ER, got a ultrasound done, said baby was fine. Now I woke up at 4am, and breast soreness disappeared. Going to my Obygn when they open at 8. Hope everything is fine
