Miscarriage at 7 weeks and 2 days 💔

Hello Ladies,

Today I found out I have had a second miscarriage in a row (26/02/2021). I started bleeding yesterday and this morning at 5.38am I felt the pregnancy sack leave me before my ultrasound. How many of you ladies have had more then one miscarriage in a row? Did you have a reason given to you?

I have an under active thyroid which means my pregnancies are higher risk but I need to find a way to prepare my body for a baby...any advice??
