What am I seeing??

I bought these cheap Kroger tests but they’re probably the worst I’ve ever used. I see nothing but blue dye everywhere. Digital is negative. 
First photo is now.

Second photo is a few minutes old.

I definitely see a second line on the bottom picture. A digital has to have more hcg to pick up than a regular test. Wait a couple of days and test again.
