Overtired baby help

My baby keeps getting overtired to the point he constantly wants to play (overstimulated) he's 10 weeks old. I feel like anything I try he seems to find something to keep himself awake he doesn't fall asleep untill he's got over tired to the point he's crying and I've rocked him.

I've tried sitting in a dark room with white noise straight after a feed.

Rocking him straight after a feed.

Going for walks.

Swaddling (daytime only for naps)

I have no problems with him past 10pm

I don't want him to keep getting to a crying state to fall asleep I want to catch him before that but nothing seems to work.

Any advice to break this cycle would be appreciated x
