How to handle mood swings with PMS?
Hey y’all. I didn’t used to have mood swings before my period started, but after having a baby (and a year later after breastfeeding) my mood swings are now so easily set off. I try not to talk to anyone because I don’t want to blow up over something silly like dropping a pen.
I’ve tried listening to orchestra, but I can’t when I’m at work.
Any tips are wanted!
