When to introduce bottle to a baby

Hello everyone.  Am a new mom, my baby is 4 weeks and 6 days now. Am expecting to go back to work next month, am still puzzled and I don't know what to do.  Should I start introduce formula now or wait till next month? Please share with me your experiences

You don’t have to introduce formula unless you don’t want to pump at work. Women’s pumping rights are protected by law. Your employer has to provide a room with privacy that’s not a bathroom for you to pump in. 
To build a stash before you go back to work you can pump every night after baby’s in bed. 
If you choose to introduce formula you’ll want to mix it with breastmilk over the course of a week to ease baby into it. 
Ex: day 1-3: 75% breastmilk, 25% formula 
Day 4-6: 50% breastmilk, 50% formula 
Day 6-8: 75% formula, 25% breastmilk
Day 9: 100% formula

If your choosing to formula feed then yes. You don't want to wait till longer to give them formula because then they might have a hard time taking it after being on breast milk. Or you could always pump and get that in a bottle.

At one month, I started pumping after the first feeding in the morning to build up a stash of breast milk. Then my wife would give the baby one bottle of pumped milk a day to get the baby used to taking a bottle (again, starting at one month). I would pump again while my wife fed the baby the bottle, of course, and then would save that milk for the next day.

We have been doing a bottle from day one and started breastfeeding at 3 weeks old.
We’ve been doing both every day. She’s almost 11 weeks now. 
I go back to work in April so I need her to keep up with the bottle.
We do formula and breastmilk in the bottle as well as breastfeeding.
