Weight loss
Hello ladies so I’m currently struggling with my weight. I have always been at 190-200lb range but since having my second baby I’m now at 217. I don’t know why but I have been super emotional and sad that I don’t fit in my old jeans. I don’t feel confident anymore and I just want to drop this weight. I’d like to see my self at 190 again. Has anyone tried anything that works for them? Like what helped you lose the weight and keep it off I’m getting depressed about it and I don’t want to feel this way anymore. Please help
