Okay, so I was last pregnant in 2019 and I had my daughter, she is now 14 months. I’m now 4 weeks+3 or 6 days, and I went to the hospital two nights ago due to terrible cramps which i’ve told symptoms in your second pregnancy are basically x10 worse than your first. anyway, My HCG is 517, which to me i’m not sure is good or bad considering with my daughter at 5 weeks+6 days my HCG was 13,600. On the ultrasound they took with my current pregnancy, there was a gestational sac, but no yolk sac nor was there an embryo. Am i just too early for there to be a yolk sac/embryo? i’m driving myself insane with all of these thoughts that something is probably wrong. i have to go back every 2 days for blood work and another ultrasound until an embryo is visible. photo of my scan in word form. i say 4 weeks and 3 days because my last period was january 26th-31st.
