Baby acne?

2 weeks ago I noticed my daughter developed these reddish bumps across her cheeks, ears, neck, and even the back of her neck. Is this baby acne or eczema? The skin is very dry in these areas. I haven’t done much for treatment besides rinsing with warm water each day but haven’t had any improvement. Help??

Yep all of mine have had it. Honestly the best thing I’ve done is leave it alone. Didn’t over-wash it (that just makes their skin drier and more irritated) or add any special lotion. Usually takes a few days-wks, but it will clear up on its own.

My daughter began developing really bad acne at about 3 weeks. I was told to leave it alone but her face was very red and looked uncomfortable. My pediatrician prescribed 2% ketoconazone cream (I believe that’s how you spell it). It completely cleared the acne in a matter of days. You can ask your pediatrician for a prescription.
