Hey guys, I have a question.. has anyone ever had a pretty medium/heavy “period” for 2 days when they were supposed to get it but it end up being implantation bleeding?

I was having a bunch of symptoms before the bleeding started and I was waiting to test till the day after but then I didn’t because I thought I got my period but I’ve been peeing every like 10-15 minutes, had terrible migraines for days, been nauseous and feeling hungry nonstop which I almost am never hungry throughout the day.

So I am confused.
