It’s probably just leftover horomones. For you to get a positive test now means you probably would have conceived two weeks post Partum and no judgment but how are you even having sex right now?? I was still stitched up and bleeding from birth at this point. 😆

Probably leftover, but please do not be having sex at 4 weeks pp, especially unprotected! You have 0 idea of knowing when you ovulated, so there is a good chance you can become pregnant, and you have a giant wound in your uterus that needs time to heal to prevent infection

I just read up about this and it says 4-6 weeks HCG stays in your system so chances are that it’s from your pregnancy a month ago

If you've been having unprotected sex, yes. I'd say you are. You are so fertile after you give birth, unless you're breastfeeding. There are lots of factors here

That could be left over hormones. It took mine 7 weeks to go down. If you think you are pregnant again you need your doctor to do bloodwork with a follow up draw to see if it’s increasing.
