Henry has been like this for about a week. I think it’s separation anxiety. I read about the 8 month sleep regression and learned that they start to realize bed time means it’s time to say goodbye and that they begin to experience separation anxiety 😢 Henry is really bad at nap/ bed time right now. He is also extra needy and cries when he’s not in my lap. Even if I am sitting next to him he wants to be on me. I can see that he gets nervous when he thinks I am going to leave the room. For me, understanding what is going on developmentally helps me to be more compassionate and less annoyed. Because my goodness it is getting annoying 🤣 They just loves their Mamas! We are their safe place.
