Grapes?

So we really can't eat grapes during pregnancy? The other day i ate a good amount of grapes... Then i get on google and it tells me we shouldn't be eating em 😭😭 is it during the whole pregnancy or jus the last tri?

I’ve been pregnant twice before and no doctor has ever told me this. Also all last week I ate a baggy a day of grapes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 6weeks on Monday.

The Nutrition Center of the Netherlands Nutrition Center Foundation is an institution subsidized by the Dutch government that provides information about food and nutrition. They have this great free app. Zwangerhap. In there you can find anny information about food herbs spice and drinks and if it's save during pregnancy.
Grapes are no problem. Just be sure you wash them before eating they say

the ovia app has a really great “can i eat this” section. i’ve been using it because google is INSANE.

They can cause constipation and can retain pesticides in the skin. It’s only a first trimester recommendation and is fine in moderation after. I’ve eaten grapes before in pregnancy. There’s a reason for everything to be a “not allowed” food. Just try to make the best decisions you can.

If it makes you feel better my first pregnancy I craved grapes...I ate a whole bag in like 2 days and everything turned out fine, I just washed them and didn’t touch the ones with holes in them, and this pregnancy I’ve had a few
