So... my boyfriend wants to give me head but I have an STD, I don’t want him to get it at all so I was wondering if there was something That I/we can use so he can still give me oral but also stay safe. ( he does know) and he did it once and started feeling weird so I need a safer solution

You can use a “dental dam” for safe oral sex
I think you can even order them on Amazon 
It’s a really thin square piece that you hold over the area and he can still perform oral sex without risking catching anything

Does he know you have an std?
Is it curable? If so id simply wait until you're clean. 
You can try women's condoms or something or Google it but it doesn't sound worth the risk

I wouldn't let him risk it. It can still be passed even if a breakout isn't happening and it could possibly spread beyond just his mouth.
