Here's the struggle, I've been going to several stores such as Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Target, Buy Buy Baby, Kohl's, Macys even some online options such as Pat Pat. And, I'm just not finding any baby girl clothes that I truly like. I'm finding a lot of colorful floral prints with wild flowers and other things that just aren't my style for a baby. I'm registered at Buy Buy Baby and Target and I plan on having a virtual baby shower in April, but I really don't have clothing on the registries. I have two boys and I plan on starting the upcycling process for some of my 20 month old's clothes starting in March to make them more girly. But, I feel bad saying this but I haven't bought a single outfit. I'll admit I was in a little denial at first that I'm having a girl and not another boy, and I recently conquered my anxiety about facing the endless racks of girl clothes that even from a quick glance at the prints I can tell I won't like them. I've kinda started to think I should just focus on tutus, ruffled diaper covers and headbands with bows to keep from looking at all the clothes I know I'll probably never put her in. I might just be making a big deal about this... but I figure since I'm having a girl I want her to dress really cute.
