I’m extremely cold and tired, I can’t stop shaking and I ache all over. My breast feels like it’s on fire And feeding makes me wanna cry. 
PLEASE answer if you’ve experienced this before, no lactation specialists are open right now

Have you taken something for the pain and symptoms? If not, do so.
Then, into the hot shower. Let the water flow over your breasts for a bit. Then, slowly, start squeezing the milk out, relieving the pressure on your breast. That should help in combination with pain meds.
Mastitis sometimes requires antibiotics, so if you think that is the case, call your doctor as soon as you are able.

Yep. Sounds like mastitis. I had it multiple times while breastfeeding my son. It sucks, but honestly the only way to get rid of it aside from medication is to get the clog out. The only way I ever got it out was by literally squeezing the life out of my boob and it HURT. Like worst pain of my life. You can also try having your SO suck on it to try and release it. It’s not fun. I’m sorry girl,
I know it’s the worst. But get that clog out and you will feel A LOT of relief after.

Yes I felt like I had a bad fever and one day I actually got a high fever. It was in one boob and I everytime i went it feed was the worse, my actual boob didn’t look that bad it was a little pink and warm went to urgent care and got the antibiotics to help it make sure to get checked it can then bad quick if it gets infected and gives u a fever

Hot compression and massage. It hurts but it'll help get things moving. Tylenol for inflammation. Hot showers are best but hard with little ones. Call advice. If you have an infection, you don't want to blame it on mastitis unless you're sure. Good luck.
