I had miscarriage on Jan 5- 11 weeks naturally and post results traces of adenomyosis

Feb -5 following very long and light period

Feb -27 onwards very mild pink spotting and today more continuous but light blood traces. No clots or flow so far. No cramps. 1 week early periods. Test urine early(today) and negative - digital first response. Very hungry no taste of food though and thirsty and no other pms or pregnancy symptoms except cried a lot and don’t feel emotions anymore

Was due for next period on March 5 though

I have had very regular cycles prior to miscarriage

A) is this implantation bleeding

B) is this an irregular cycle due to my miscarriage.

Kindly help with your experiences and wisdom.

I know the answer is wait and watch and test after few days 🤞🏻 but feeling so anxious could not sleep last night.
