Light headed / Out of breath
Anyone else struggling with being light headed or out of breath? 10w6d and I can hardly stay out of bed today feeling like I'm going to fall over. Maybe I'm deficient somewhere?
I tried to do pigtail braids, got one done, and was embarrassingly out of breath. I had to take a seat and a break before doing the second one 😂
I am definitely hydrated - we have been doing a water challenge this week at work so I have quadrupled my water intake.
