TTC sex...What's better?

I've heard conflicting arguments from medical professionals regarding what's better when TTC...Sex as frequently as possible to ensure the sperm is always fresh and new or abstaining from sex outside the fertile window to essentially save the sperm up. Thoughts? 😊

Advice I’ve had is to BD every 2/3 days throughout the whole cycle.

I got pregnant when my husband and I had sex almost every other day during my cycle. We tried the saving up method and all but found that too stressful since I had to keep taking OPKs to figure out when I’d peak and whatnot which just felt like too much.
