PCOS advice

Lexi

Hey everyone. I was just diagnosed with PCOS this week after 3 years (infertility and 7 miscarriages) of being told "you're fine since you're young" "why are you even thinking about kids right now" and my symptoms and concerns ignored. I went to a new doctor recently and she was amazing. The one thing no one even the fertility dr did not check was my testosterone levels. The dr after listening to me said she is almost sure i have PCOS. My test confirmed it my testosterone is high. Thankfully I have no cysts or any pain or cramping. I just have irregular periods and some annoying body hair. What are some tips and or vitamins that you ladies took to help get pregnant and manage PCOS. I have already went keto and lost some weight and continuing to lose weight.
