Mild one sided cramps?

I’m 6 weeks today and I have some cramping on my right side. I’m not bleeding but I’m terrified it an ectopic. I had a mmc in November so it’s hard to be at peace and my ultrasound appt is not until Saturday.

I’m in the exact same position as you. Mmc in November, pains on one side since 4 weeks, currently 7 weeks. Every pain and twinge I feel I panic (not that I’m ever fully relaxed about it!) I’m in the uk so don’t get first scan until 12 weeks so it’s not until April 8th. I don’t even get to see anyone until my first appointment on March 16th.  I’m sorry I have no advice. I just wanted to let you know you’re not alone and I’m here if you ever need to talk about stuff going on! 💕

I'm from the UK and we don't get early scans but I've booked one privately... I took myself to doctors the other night as was having cramps and pelvic pain... They said if I wasn't bleeding then it's normal and just to take paracetamol for the discomfort.

I've been having this the whole time I told my doctor's and they got me in for an ultrasound and thankfully all is good. Maybe call your Dr?

Hey what type of cramps are you having? I had the same concern...my pain was duller and intermittent on my left side (vs sharp cramping). My scan on Friday showed everything was good and they think the pain is from my corpus luteum on the left ovary as it releases hormones. I was 5+5 at my scan.
