What’s the earliest DPO if you’re pregnant you “should” get a faint positive before AF?

I have a friend that had to completely miss her period before she got a positive. But I think a good rule of thumb is once your period is officially late, so one day after Aunt Flo should have arrived. ☺️

The earliest is 8dpo I believe, more common around 10-12dpo.

It varies between women. Some can get a faint positive 8 DPO.... Some 12 some 14 and some when auntie flo should arrive it all varies. My first I just felt pregnant and found out before period was due. My second was week after my missed period and this time was the day of messed up periods since was last time I had one.

This will be different for every woman and even every pregnancy. Implantation can occur at 6 DPO. That means some women get a positive test result at 8, 9, or 10 DPO. As soon as implantation occurs, the body starts to produce HCG. Now, I don’t think it’s common for most women to get a positive result so early, I’m simply pointing out that it IS possible and some women have experienced this. There isn’t ONE correct answer to your question. Each women is different and each pregnancy will be different. Most pregnancy tests recommend to start testing no earlier than 10 DPO.
